Ornamental fabricator/installers

All Applicants should possess the following:
 

• OSHA 10 minimum or OSHA 30

Qualified Candidates should possess the following:
 

• Ornamental fabrication experience, including stairs, handrails, grab rails, small component machining and manufacturing
• Experience in layout, reading/understanding shop drawings, weld symbols and welding processes
• Distinctive eye for detail, fluent sanding and polishing skills, fluent in drill and countersink operations
• Jig fabrication
• Field installation experience including attaching to wood and concrete structures and components
• Experience with torches
• Competent in rigging
• Understanding finish materials
• Comfortable in shop and field environment
• Must have clean driving record or show plan and timeline for establishing
• Must be able to set up, diagnose, keep clean and functional assigned welder
• Competent in basic shop tools/machines i.e. mag drill, ironworker, grinder, stud guns and shears
• Layout and hand tools
 

Ideal Candidates will also possess 1 or more of the following:
 

• GMAW, Hard wire certified
• TIG welding experience -mild, stainless and aluminum.
• FCAW-G Dual Shield Certified (.045)
• Mill and lathe experience
• Field layout experience
• CAD experience
• Telehandler/forklift certification
• Scissor Lift Certified
• Extended Man Reach Lift Certified
• Crane Signal Certified
• Fall Protection Certified
• Subpart R Certified 

Compensation dependent on experience.
